How did we start without income? We all bought into the IPA with our own money to get it started and we hired an attorney who is forming or LLC legal structure and our Operating Agreement. To continue to grow as 22 other states have done requires simply that we follow a pattern of success! To achieve this we form a co-op of owners and members how invest like we have done in their own future. The work we have done on our own was all donated as volunteers to create a future for all of us. There is no power without Unity!
How did we know we could succeed? There are 22 states with IPA’s! They have done so by following a success pattern that is shared by our national ECPA. We are following the pattern. Each state wants us to succeed because the more of us who set up IPA’s the greater our buying power and the better offers we can create for profit from our Lab! Not to mention the ability to sell plans to nationwide corporations like Coca Cola or IBM! Since we began in January we have had continuous help from Reid Nelson, one of the founders of VCD and from other state IPA’s such as Connecticut and Kansas. Help in terms of advice at every step of the way. Our Director Of Urban Development, Vinny Calderon, flew out to Arizona and joined the national ECPA conference to learn about the opportunity. His fabulous videos where inspired by that opportunity!
Growth: We are rapidly growing our membership-owners. We are already be sought out by entities that control lives to provide care for their paid members! Our goal is to now form large enough panels that we can sell plans and continue to expand across the state of NY. To do this we need an income stream to pay employees. To make this happen we have a system. You join us as investor/owners you get paid back in profits starting immediately and we all grow and prosper! It has worked across the nation it will work here too!

- Passive ACO, PCMH inclusion.
- Passive inclusion in plans that are sold and may be in their area.
- No voice in any decisions made
DUES THAT VANISHES AND BECOMES PROFIT: There is also a $50.00 / mo dues to pay for the salesman and other paid officers but it will be quickly offset by rebates from the vendors, large lab savings (were talking $59.00 for a frame and lens package of trivex like lenses in a digital progressive with a crizal quality A/R worth about $500.000 sold in your office!) and, of course, the plans they will sell bringing business into your office.
Think about this: sell 2 pairs of our labs glasses and your ownership is paid and you have profit!!!
Dues will evaporate and rapidly become a Net Profit to all of us as we grow! This is the GOAL! You must understand this! It is a business you are becoming an owner investor in; one that makes you profits you could not have imagined before reading this!
You need to know that owners will have a voice and the salesman will set up plans in their areas as Priority, plus other benefits we have yet to define. Nevertheless, the plan is for ALL owners and members to share in the benefits. This will NEVER be another VSP. Profits from plans will go to everyone owner or member!
Owners and members will all pay the same monthly dues but we expect it to become a profit rather than an expense when we each use the Vendors, Lab and receive profits from all activities. Dues is the cost of starting our IPA, just as time (and money) has been the cost to volunteers who have made this possible.
